Create and manage survey forms in Settings. View the full survey list, apply filters by date, form name, surveyor, and status. Export to Excel (survey_YYYYMMDD.xlsx). Super admin can enable or disable the Survey module.

Mobile App

Field teams use the Employee App to complete surveys on-ground. Upload photos and videos directly from the site. Captures real-time evidence in a structured, searchable format that syncs back to the office.

🔒 Access Control

Survey permissions are managed via User Management. Super admins control module visibility. Individual user access to add, edit, view, and delete surveys can be configured per role. The module can be enabled or disabled globally from Settings.
